It's February, the month of Valentine's Day. In keeping with the month, our new composite theme is "sweet." Candy? Love? A special someone? A gesture? It can mean anything that you wish.
So --- the theme for the Composite15 Challenge is “Sweet!”
Start of the challenge: February 2, 2019
Finish of the challenge: March 5, 2019

These dates were edited to become correct - I "fat-fingered" them last evening.
A composite photograph is one that is made up of several photographs or pieces of photographs which have been merged or layered together. It can also include textures and effects that have been applied to the picture as well. Composite photography gives you a lot of room for creativity and ingenuity as you manufacture photos composed of elements that might not necessarily be found together in reality but somehow they seem completely at home with one another in the picture.
For our composite challenge here on 365 you must use at least one picture that is completely yours but you can blend in other images, such as stock images, if you so choose. Just keep in mind that should you use an image that is not yours it should be licensed as free to use for any purpose.
You are very welcome to enter as many times as you wish - the more the merrier! However, to allow me to showcase the work of as many 365ers as possible, only one entry from any contestant may be chosen as a finalist. If you do enter more than one image I would appreciate it if you could let me know which one is your favourite.

Hi Rosie - Just a quick inquiry. I've been madly hectic and have lost track of the Composite Challenge - one of my favourites! :) Has this one been judged yet or is it still open. Many thanks - Cheers Rob.
@robz Hi, Rob. You are asking in a very nice way. :). I was running two challenges at the same time and lost track of promoting this one. Obviously, I cannot chew gum and walk at the same time. I am going to extend the time and re-post it in a day or so, to see if I can encourage some enthusiasm. After the new deadline, hopefully I will have some more entries and more participation. I am out of town now, with family, so I haven't been diligent on my 365 obligations as I should be. Ah, well. Many thanks for inquiring! All is not lost. ;-/
