New Mundane Challenge - Notebook

April 7th, 2020
Thank you Kathy (@randystreat) for hosting the last mundane challenge. Thanks must also go to those who participated in the challenge.
With most of us being in lock down we are all striving to keep in contact (albeit at a distance) with friends and family. Many people are also writing notes of thanks to those working tirelessly to keep us safe. With that in mind the subject of the new challenge is – notebook(s). They can be plain or coloured paper, spiral bound, single or in a pile, just make your notebook the star.
You can use any photographic technique you like to capture this everyday object. THE MAIN RULE: there can be no question that the object of the challenge is the star! So try not to let your props steal the attention away from this mundane object.

Start of the challenge: Today April 7, 2020
Finish of the challenge: April 28, 2020 (all time zones considered)

Tag for the challenge: mundane-notebook

Is a "notebook" the same as a "notepad" or should it be only the big, school type?
April 7th, 2020
@houser934 I should have explained that a bit better. I meant it as paper notebook not a computer style notepad.

Bummer. I posted a photo yesterday (4/6) that would've fit. https://365project.org/lsquared/misc/2020-04-06

Oh well...
April 7th, 2020
@lsquared It would have been perfect. Maybe you should try a variation :)

@merrelyn I'll try and come up with something!
Thanks

Great topic... just when I'm not at school, surrounded by all my pupils' notebooks... 😜
April 7th, 2020
I've just posted this, and one other.

Haha! My first thought was my laptop... will have to scrounge through the house for an actual paper one 🙃
