Thank you to @monicac for hosting BLD 9, and for every one who voted for my picture. I'm sorry for the delay in posting the next challenge. The funny thing is that the reason for the delay is that I work in a bakery, and business has really picked up. Making food is the reason for me to not have time to post the food challenge haha. I HAVE been thinking about it though. The other day while I was shaping some French croissants I had an idea. I was looking at the layers in the croissant dough and thought that focusing on layers might be an interesting theme. If you really try, you can find all sorts of layers in food. I'm excited to see what you all can come up with.
