10.29 I did it!

Inspired by Caterina's (@caterina) shot a few days ago, I challenged myself to prepare the cappellacci with pumpkin filling for the night of Halloween. A good way to spend the hour while my wife was doing her weekly gym.
well done - it takes me far longer than an hour....

@blueberry1222 not true. There is not such a gene. Or at least I have not inherited. Like everything else it is just a lot of hard work!

@kali66 They weren't... Actually the pasta was too thick and required too long cooking, so the stuffing resulted overdone instead that creamy as I had planned... Need to try again!
@vignouse Don't say so, I am blushing... And I know some other person over here doing great things with pumpkin, don't I? ;-)
@caterina Thank you... as said above, need to try and make a thinner pasta! And agree on the hard work theory!
@amyk quite a bit, but for two people only one hour is enough! I wouldn't try for more guests!
@blueberry1222 Ditto Caterina... But it is true that I was born in a family where my mother did fresh pasta almost every Sunday... And I'm a natural born learner...
@ltodd Thank you! I admit I'm quite organized when fiddling in the kitchen, but these few did not require a lot of time!
