Lester and I went to the Brentford basin of the Grand Union canal today. It's in the London borough of Hounslow. It's been re-developed and is surrounded by posh apartment blocks. We'd previously driven by the area a few times on our way to somewhere else and kept saying "We'll have to go there".
The weather wasn't very nice and we got back to the car shortly before it started raining heavily but it made an interesting couple of hours' outing and a good time was had by all. :-)
I took this using the glass wall of the verandah round the Sessions Bar & Grill building and deliberately composed the shot in order to get as near as I could to an exact match of the view and its reflection. It's one single shot.
Critique welcome. Veteran 365er, 2011 vintage. Only posting occasionally and irregularly now.
I'm an abstract photography enthusiast but not exclusively so.

Fantastic. I didn't realise it was a reflection at first. Very nicely done.
I will have to keep my eye out for glass buildings this week to see if I can do the same.
