Here's Lester working on a melodeon in his workshop. He's putting some new cloth in the grille.
There's a link below to a photo of a melodeon , showing the grille above the keys. Designs of grilles vary and it's more ornate than the one Lester's working on above. He doesn't use lacy net curtain for grille cloth either! http://365project.org/dulciknit/on-the-day-extr/2012-07-06

Great shot, you have made a nice portrait shot of him with using his reflection. Lovely composition showing him so intent. He certainly is a craftsman as well as a musician.
