Taken yesterday at Ham House, a National Trust property in Richmond-upon-Thames, an Outer London borough.
There's a whole line of these pots along the terrace that runs across the back of the house and the terracotta is the brightest I've ever seen. They aren't painted - the relief work is too crisp for that to be the case.
Critique welcome. Veteran 365er, 2011 vintage. Only posting occasionally and irregularly now.
I'm an abstract photography enthusiast but not exclusively so.

Love the diagonal of the brick wall and the opposite diagonal of the wall where the pot is standing. It is interesting that the trees along the wall are triangular in shape with the widest part being at the bottom. The flower pot has a triangular share with widest part at the top. Lovely textures also.
Fabulous capture and composition. I love how that flower pot stands out. I still have JP's camera. I am waiting for him to decide whether to upgrade his equipment in which I will buy the camera from him. Otherwise I will go for a new one.
