I went to Waterperry Gardens near Wheatley in Oxfordshire today. It's about three quarters of an hour's drive from Chez Bailey and it was quite sunny when I set off. Not quite so sunny when I got there! Never mind. There's always something different to see there.
There are sculptures dotted around the garden, and I think they might move when no-one's looking - I usually spot one I hadn't seen on a previous visit.
The sculpture is called The Conversation and it's by Agnes Nyanhango. The front-on view can be seen here : http://365project.org/dulciknit/other-photos/2012-02-21 I thought that, viewed from this angle, it looked a bit like one of the figures was giving the other a kiss.
I spent a happy couple of hours playing with the buttons on the camera again, with mixed results - but thoroughly enjoying myself.
