"Hello, dear! Mwah, mwah. How lovely to see you!"
"Hi, Dad, hi. Got anything to eat, Dad? Eh? eh?"

I spent a happy half hour watching this little family on the canal this afternoon. Raising a young Coot family is exhausting, it seems. All Dad did was race up and down the canal searching for food to bring back to Mrs.C and the babies. Oh, and he saw off a pair of ducks that he thought were getting too close for comfort.
