An unusual sight

Still bad weather here. So I went down to the beach to take pictures of the tractor and boat that has been there for two days now. I do not know why

Great capture and a strange sight! I think that the high pressure here in the UK is blocking the low pressure over Norway, so you can blame your bad weather on us!
