I tried to get an original POV by putting my camera directly on the sand of the dune and in the middle of the grass field.
This is marram grass. The "rolled" leaves limit the evaporation of water in the sandy and windy environment of the dunes. The grass field is leaning according to the direction of the dominant winds.
