Since today is the last day of the b&w 47 challenge (toys and games), I have decided to tease you, my fellow 365ers, with two Mastermind puzzles in b&w. I have reduced the code pegs to only 2 colours, dark and clear, and I have already displayed 3 guesses on the board. You should now only need one more guess to discover the hidden sequence of 4 code pegs.
If you want to try your chance, I will post the solution tomorrow on this thread. If you do not have a Mastermind board at hand, it may help to first copy the puzzle on a piece of paper. Have fun !
What a nice MasterMind set. Mine is made of plastic, and much smaller. It's a great game for the solver, kind of dull for the scorer. I've always thought that they should make a dual game so both players are trying to solve a puzzle at the same time.

We love Mastermind in our family. It is a great logical board game that can be shared with adults and with teenagers. This particular board actually belongs to our grandkids and is a fine piece of woodcraft.
