Gorse

I have gorse in my garden. It is a high maintenance activity to keep it under control but it is beautiful show in the spring. These flowers are sour but edible, and they can be used to decorate a salad.

I hadn’t heard of this so I looked it up. It does sound like a difficult invader to get rid of. It is pretty now though. Nice capture of the details.
