We are traveling today--sort of. We are sitting in the airport waiting for our delayed flight, wondering about our connection.... Cats lead such uncomplicated lives.
Holiday travels can be so stressed that way! We once missed a flight at Christmas but stand-by was so long it was smarter to just drive where we were going- which we did! I hope all worked out in the end and your safe at your destination now.
A very nice shot! Delayed flights and crowds keep me from flying at this time of year, if I can possibly avoid it. I'd rather drive, even though that doesn't mean that one will arrive any earlier (I've had to spend nights in unexpected places when roads have been closed).
