For a nut like me, obsessed with old buildings. This is an entrance to the Huey P. Long swimming pool, a 1929 50-meter pool on the LSU campus. Replaced by a modern natatorium, it is closed and inaccessible to curious photographers. There's an organization trying to save it: http://landmarkatlsu.org/.
I've been out of the loop for a while, vacationing and getting ready for school, which starts Aug 12. I apologize for falling behind on viewing photos, but I'm catching up. Have a good week, everyone!
I love those arches- what a great building. I hope they're able to save it- I'm sure it has some historical if not artistic value because of when it was built. Nice capture!
