Golden Rain Trees

These trees are considered an invasive non-native species--in other words, a pest--but I love them! I'm using it as a local tree because these two are growing in the yard next door. The coral color is actually the seed pods; the flower, a yellow cascade, is what the tree is named for.

Three colors in one tree. I guess the yellow is facing out at this time of the year. a real nice looking tree, too bad that people think of them as a pest. do they do any harm?

An enormous tree that fills the frame exceedingly well. The tree's roots could well damage your neighbor's property as well as blocking their light. Clearly the beauty of the tree outweighs such negative factors. Nicely captured.
