Not sure of the meaning of the graffiti. This house has been slowly decaying for years. It is not in a residential area, so even I have to admit it's not a good candidate for restoration.
How unusual to see graffiti like this on a house like this! Fantastic choice of composition. Smart to use black and white to help us focus on the elements of the photo rather than the colors. Will done.
