This is one of a set of five stacking rings that are in the last stages of polishing. I thought it would be a good image for the motion challenge. Although it does show motion, it isn't as effective as I had hoped.
The challenge in this photo was setting up the focus point, remembering where it was, then juggling the ring, the flex shaft, and the remote shutter switch.
