I've never seen one of these! I know people here in California who have them growing, and I've thought it would be nice to have one, also, but I don't know that we'd eat enough of the fruit to make it worthwhile! Is this in your yard?
@Weezilou, yes, this is at the bottom of the garden. They are quite commonly used here at the edges of fields. Our parrot loves them, so I freeze the arils on cookie sheets then put them in gallon zipper bags. On a hot summer day, they are fantastic!
