Martios and Wilbur heard a lizard go into the shrub. It has been gone for eons, but Martios is convinced that if he only can get his WHOLE body inside, he will be able to find it. Wilbur had his head inside at the same time, but of course, as soon as I had the camera ready he decided he was tired of looking for the lizard. Thankfully, I need only say, "Leave!" to end the game for Martios, or I would have no garden at all.

@oconeebell Thank you, he had me laughing as well. In fact, he does that pretty regularly. No flower confetti here. The ground is covered with gravel as the garden is xeriscaped due to the high likelihood of drought here. All irrigation is through dripline. This year, we didn't get enough rain, so already, the water is being rationed.
