Peeping Moon

My cat woke me up at 2:30 this morning when he decided to sleep on my pillow because he doesn't like the new duvet. Apparently, it isn't soft enough. Since I was up, I decided to add wood to the fire and to see if I could see the moon. Unfortunately, in the few minutes it took to put coat and slippers on and change lenses, it had dropped into the cloud bank.

I like the glow on the clouds.

@dkbarnett Thank you! I had been wanting to try something a bit different than my typical moon photo and was pleased that the clouds gave me the stage.

@joysabin Thank you very much! Now if only I had a huge, bare tree on one side, it would be perfectly gothic.
