Winter Garden

There is colour under all that snow! Yes, it will once again be bright and cheerful when summer comes.
But, in the meantime, there is a certain beauty to snow covered ground - so clean and fresh.
I like the wheel that touch up the landscape with snow. Great shot!

Wow you have a wonderful album. I've really enjoyed being a part of your farm life for a little while even if I am feeling a little chilly! (It's summer hearand it never gets cold enough to snow in my garden.
I'm you're Get Pushed partner this week, and I would like you to take a shot using negative space. Good luck and I look forward to seeing your results and also your challenge for me.

@momsta Thanks for the challenge ... I have been so busy lately that I completely forgot about connecting with you. so, thanks for taking the initiative to do it!
I never (or seldom) experiment with techniques like negative space so I am very eager to learn how it's done!
And isn't that what get-pushed is all about?
Looking forward to it!

If you are prepared for it snow is beautiful. Here in the Southern half of the UK snow is beautiful for one day and then it becomes difficult. I love the old wagon wheel in this photo. I expect it has been in the same spot for years?

@barrowlane Yes it has! It was placed there when the fellow putting in the fence measured the width of the gate wrong and put the post in the wrong spot. So,we just placed the wheel there to fill a gap and it works super!
