sundays are for selfies. was torn between this and another version (color) without my hands. settled on this one. then again, might swap this out for the color version.

still got that groin problem going on. wait, that sounds bad. you know what i mean. hip flexor. iliopsoas. i don't even know how to pronounce that.

watching netflix, doing laundry, cooking, all that sunday good stuff.
