Lost tiger(?) glove

Somewhere in Manhattan, a little toddler's hand is cold. (Well I imagine a lot of kids might have cold hands today). But I might be crying if I were the little kid who lost a cool glove like this...

Found while walking to work today, on a stoop of a brownstone.

I often see little gloves like this... don't always take a picture but I now feel like I should. In fact, I posted a similar pic to my project in 2014. Seen here:

Anyway it's Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. If you feel so inclined, please recognize or participate in service and take a moment to honor Dr. King's teachings and philanthropic attitude.

You are right. Somewhere, a child is crying, and / or a parent has had to give up their glove.

Great that you spotted this on the busy streets of New York. Love the connection to some unknown child with a cold hand.

Seeing kids' lost items always makes me sad, especially when it's something cute like this or a stuffed animal.
