There are elements of both horror and comedy in this moment, as Eleven, Eight and the rest of the punk crew turn up at the house of Ray wearing masks that border somewhere between silly and sinister.
It does mostly veer towards creepy though, and it's especially odd knowing that our hero Eleven is one of the people under those threatening masks.
