Augmented Expenses

I tried very hard to portray a politician in a good, positive light, but it was too difficult.
British MPs are employed on a short term contract, but get a redundancy pay out when the public don't re-elect them - and that's a legal augmentation of their expenses.

It's funny how they always seem to get inflation busting pay rises, when the rest of us get poorer year on year. :(
