King’s Lynn has a lot of history. There are some wonderful old medieval streets near the waterfront. Such a contrast to the town centre which is not the most attractive, quite mediocre really. The statue is of George Vancouver after whom Canada’s Vancouver is named. His dad used to work in the Customs House ( centre picture).
