Unsightly

I was confronted with this scene alongside the air pressure pump at a local garage where I went to check the tyres on my wife's car. I can only imagine what spectacle led to it and hope it was someone accidentally losing them bending down when also checking tyres rather than a fight or other incident. Whatever caused it, the result was unsightly in more ways than one.
