Bluebird

We encountered this strange creature while walking through some woods in Burgess Hill. We emerged on the Green Circle Art Route and came across this artefact representing the Bluebird CN7 car, built by the Norris Brothers in Burgess Hill, which secured the land speed record of 403.1mph in 1964. This shape mirrors their revolutionary aluminium honeycomb sandwich structure.
