I was away for a long weekend so I have some catching up to do. there's no shortage of pictures I took during that time but just a shortage of time to get them loaded onto the computer and processed.
We've had a lot of foggy mornings lately so here is another of those foggy day pictures...walking the dog while chatting on the cell...I know I'm being judgy judgy here, who knows what is going on in this person's life but hey, you're walking your dog, couldn't you give him some attention for at least those few minutes of the day, instead of chatting on the cell?
It boggles my mind how much you see people using their cell phones! I keep thinking, what did these people do before cell phones? How did they occupy their minds before cell phones? Of course you see people driving cars and talking, you see people in the grocery stores pushing their buggies and talking. Plus they are yelling, like they have to yell so the person they are talking to can hear them" And the rest of us has to listen to what they are have to say too! :( Then, I don't know how many times, I have seen two people in a restaurant, sitting across from one another playing with their phones. Games? Texting? Who knows? We are losing the ability to talk you another person face-to-face. Sorry one of my pet peeves! Great candid depicting the decline of social interaction!
Great foggy shot and totally empathise with the mobile phone comments! I have one, but am shocked by people carrying out conversations regardless of who is listening all around, and the lack of attention to the people they are actually with. My phone is very useful, but will never replace the person or people I'm with. People first, phone second!
