Shooting from inside through a window was probably not the way to get the clearest shot but...it was cold and the back door had snow piled up against it so opening it would have made a deal of commotion and no doubt sent this guy flying off, besides, as I mentioned, it was blasted cold out there!
Since it finally started to act like winter in my part of the woods, our feeder is constantly busy with Cardinals and Blue Jays. Plu the usual assortment of small birds. Nice capture against the dark tree branches!
