I've already posted a couple of pictures of this rose and I've taken many more. This, and one other rose, on the same plant, are the last of my roses for this year but they are hanging on and still looking good for an amazingly long time. I took the first picture of this, as a bud, on October 10th. Here, almost three weeks later, it still looks presentable. I guess the cool weather has held it back. At the height of summer it would open one day, reach full bloom the next day, and be completely open and browning around the edges a day or so later.
Amazing how long they work to show off their beauty. You've captured it so well.
