I made a very brief stop at the park the other day and went down to the edge of the water. There were quite a few ducks swimming around and they all started heading in my direction. This guy even got out of the water and waddled right over to my feet. It was clear that I and my lack of snacks was a big disappointment to him.
He does look a little bummed. Maybe you'll have treats with you the next time you visit. That would win you all sorts of points with the duck congregation.
