Red/Purple Aquilegia by gardencat

Red/Purple Aquilegia

I refer to the shady side of my house as Aquilegia Alley. A few years ago I planted a couple of plants at one end of the area and, over the ensuing years, they have self-seeded and interbred to produce everything from palest blush to bright purple and deep maroon and spread themselves from one end of the area to the other.
Fab lowers and capture.
