Now that winter is really upon us I've decided to introduce some inside friends. This is a collection of some of my old bears who reside with me. I started collecting bears 29 years ago but have truly slowed down in the past few years. Had a big cull last year when I moved, but there's still plenty in every room!

What a great group of friends this is!!! Lovely shot of the bears having a party, or whatever it is they are having!!! Anyway, let's celebrate with a glass of wine!!!

@eyesmile Thanks Gena, they are a varied group! yes you will be seeing many more bears, but different ones each time! The weather is closing in again and we're on gale force wind warnings and thunderstorms!! @kathiecb Thanks kathie. No not me but his original owner when he was a baby. I was lucky enough to get him from a friend's friend!! If you know anything about bears, he is a Steiff (Germany) who made some of the first ever bears in 1902!! @sansjuan Thanks Nita - I have so many they need to be in every room!!
I am also an arctophile :) I have bears in all my rooms in the house, even the bathrooms! I collect mostly Russ teddies, and have one from Steiff that my youngest son bought for me directly from the Steiff factory. Lovely collection you have!
