I went to the Botanical Gardens today to get a wet duck shot to signify the end of winter - but this possum stole my attention! He was hobbling around on 3 legs looking for food - so naturally I gave him the bread I had for the ducks :) I talked to the gardeners nearby and they are aware of him and keeping a watch on him. I was happy to see that he could climb up a dead tree to a hideaway mid way up! # My apologies to Mem Fox - the author of the children's book, "Possum Magic."
