Where's my mummy?

This baby coot was running all over the lily pads calling for his mother. I went to the gardens to check on the duckling in yesterday's photos today and found this baby running everywhere! The ducklings were swimming the whole time I was there so cannot report more on that crocked leg. And thanks for all your advice - I did not try to feed the ducks :) As another point of interest for this year, I'm going to see how many different birds I can photograph - I will keep count throughout the year - so this is number 4 so far :)
