I don't think I slept very well last night - all three of today's predominant personalities are struggling to make it through the day with exploding, imploding or melting down slowly until they are nothing more than a puddle of slightly sticky moisture on the office floor. I may have to resort to murder.
On the bright side, it's Friday which means that tomorrow is Saturday. This in turn means that there are only 2 more days until Monday.
Hold me back. Or give me wine. One of the two and preferably the latter.
On a "technical note - this is my first attempt at a double exposure and all 3 of me are reasonably pleased with the outcome.
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
I had to look up what Schism actually meant. A "split" of something.....so now I understand your post! I would prefer it if you had actually split your face in 3 - how COOL would that be!!!!! The 1st one is way too serious, the 2nd one looks like you are in pain. I like the 3rd one but it does look like you have a bump on your forehead and bags under the eyes. I think that is the most realistic :)
@northy thanks very much - they're working together for now! @livvy thanks very much @eyeamlisa thanks very much, glad you like it @gigiflower you'd be right on all counts...I am serious, I am in pain, and I do have bags under my eyes today... @voiceprintz Snigger ;) @golftragic thanks very much indeed
@lisatown He knows ;) Thanks very much @ceilidh How do you think I feel? ;) @chippy1402 Only 3 that we willing to pose today, the other 28 were out in the street tormenting kittens @hermann Thanks very much, and I agree completely. He doesn't though. And neither do I. ;)
@jess1204 thanks very much indeed - early night tonight, got a 5 hour drive tomorrow morning, but I am going to play with the double exposure again at some point!
awesome - shades of Jekyll and Hyde during the changing process (and caused me to internet surf to find the Bugs Bunny cartoon with Jekyll and Hyde..... :) )
This is 50's/60's TV excellent - the kind of shot you wouldn't do in-camera, but rather overlay three strips of film to get (with the resulting loss/difference of brightness)
Love this....there is something very eerie and a little scary about this! It would make a great advertisement for an Alfred Hitchcock movie. A good psychological thriller!
@andrewkru Thanks very much - scaring small children is one of my few pleasures in life @deak68 Thanks very much - hope you enjoyed the cartoons ;) @annied All I ever ask is for someone to share wine... @shezza Thanks very much :) @tracelee They're always out and playing, and thanks @rachelwithey Thanks very much - I did it "in camera"...sort of ;) @harbie Thanks very much - how does my posture look? ;) @lynnilou Thank you very much - it's not a "true" double exposure, just a dark room, very. very slow shutter speed and timed movements.
Oh very clever Graeme, look forward to more double exposures after the wine. Dark rooms and slow shutter speeds - well I want to see an entry for the Julia Margaret Cameron Artist Challenge....
