"I am the shore and the ocean, awaiting myself on both sides"

Liking the crop and high keyness. Cool lines, too.

I like it a lot. Nice one.

OMG This is almost lovely! Hard to believe it's the work of self-confessed nut-bar! You'll be into long exposures and milky water next! Or maybe something sinister is about to emerge from the water?
January 28th, 2015
@amandal Thank you kindly nice lady :)

Deep!

Great high-key.
January 28th, 2015
@eyeamlisa It came as a surprise to me as well, and thanks very much :)
January 28th, 2015
I can't work out this pier - has it got steps up to different heights? No I think it is just the poles height meets exactly at a wooden crack to give that effect. As usual, the comments are entertaining!
January 28th, 2015
@maggiemae It's all about perspective...I'll leave you to figure out if there are steps or not...
January 28th, 2015
Very, Very nice!
January 28th, 2015
I like this!! Great shot.

January 28th, 2015
Great shot and a great thought to ponder upon today, thank you.
January 28th, 2015
@graemestevens shocked the hell out of me hahahahaha
January 28th, 2015
@annied I've had to sit down all afternoon to get over it
@chippy1402 You're welcome and thank you :)
January 28th, 2015
@graemestevens me too - with a very medium ( because I have to drive to netball ) wine
January 28th, 2015
@annied Medium compared to what?
January 28th, 2015
@graemestevens hahahahahah well it is sort of normal sized for most I would think
January 28th, 2015
Sam
Way too deep for me.
January 28th, 2015
Sam
The quote that is, not the water. However the water is probably also too deep.
January 28th, 2015
I love the light in this, great shot
January 28th, 2015
@gigiflower I don't know...lets throw you in and see how deep it is...
@ceilidh Thank you kindly :)
@annied Good. I was briefly worried.
January 28th, 2015
Sam
@graemestevens I'm an Olympic swimmer, I will survive! How is the job hunting going?
January 28th, 2015
Very beautiful Graeme!
January 28th, 2015
Very nice.
January 28th, 2015
@graemestevens @gigiflower one minute it is too deep for her and the next she is an Olympic swimmer - I cannot keep up
don't ever be worried about my imbibing hashahahaha that is a constant LOL
January 28th, 2015
Sam
@annied @graemestevens HAHAHAHAH my time on earth is meant to confuse all of us!
January 28th, 2015
@gigiflower The job hunting is horrifically slow. There doesn't seem to be much of interest around, but then I guess I'm "lucky" that I have a job already so there's no need to jump on the first one that comes along (said the actress to the bishop). I have a few applications out there though - you?
@gigiflower @annied Why is it that when ever someone says "I will survive" I want to leap into some spandex and go all Gloria Gaynor? It's a curse, what with that and my constant need for "jazz hands"
@happypat Thank you...it came as a shock to me ;)
@dide Thank you so much :)
January 28th, 2015
Sam
@graemestevens You need to move to Australia, or at least Melbourne. The job market is very very HOT and I will have some news to announce I believe next Thursday. At least I'm hoping to close a deal then. Otherwise I will be self harming.

@graemestevens @annied Love, love, love that song. It was one of my favourites when I used to dance in lesbian troupe on Oxford St many, many moons ago. And yes that is the truth.
January 28th, 2015
Never thought of doing this in b&w looks stunning
January 28th, 2015
there is a sense of security to be both.
January 28th, 2015
@gigiflower I'm not moving to country where there are things in the garden that will make sure I don't go back inside again.
@gigiflower @annied A dancing olympic swimmer...help
@claireuk Thank you so much :)
@yaorenliu There is indeed - thank you
January 28th, 2015
Sam
@graemestevens If it's in the garden, why are you going inside?
January 28th, 2015
@gigiflower Sigh...if I went into the garden...and got eaten...I wouldn't make it back inside
January 28th, 2015
Sam
@graemestevens I don't think we have many cannibals in Australia Mr Stevens, however I don't visit *those* sort of websites so I'm sure they exist! I know you are referring to something as tame as the deadly funnel web spider but last time I studied them, they don't eat you and we now have vaccines for the bite.........so you wouldn't die!
January 28th, 2015
@graemestevens @gigiflower and spirit fingers?
a lesbian troupe dancing Olympic swimmer duck!
January 28th, 2015
Sue
I like how you have done this, it makes me keep looking to see if the jetty will pop up a bit further on as well, like my eyes are
playing tricks on me.
January 28th, 2015
Sam
@annied @graemestevens Duck me, that's hilarious Ms Annie!
January 28th, 2015
Spectacularness!
January 28th, 2015
@gigiflower hahahaha
January 28th, 2015
I lobe how you're always full of surprises and trying different things - v interesting shot. Well-deserved Trending too
January 28th, 2015
Cool processing.
January 28th, 2015
Love the leading lines and high key, fab shot
January 28th, 2015
Great shot Graeme.
January 28th, 2015
@gigiflower @annied loving the commentary...... Great shot Mr s.
January 28th, 2015
@tonygig Thanks very much :)
@roseolivia Thank you very much indeed
@andy3168 Thank you...purely accidental...
@essafel That's because I have no idea what I'm doing....and thanks very much
@pixelchix Thank you most kindly :)
@sioux Thanks very much, it was
January 28th, 2015
@newbank Thanks nice lady...not too sure about. @annied and @gigflower. Regardless of the reassurance I still wouldn't go outside in Australia for fear of waking up dead. Or seeing an Olympic champion duck in a bikini.
January 28th, 2015
@graemestevens neither would I. Though I would die of heat stroke before anything ate me. Keep your feet firm where they are.
January 28th, 2015
Where is Graeme and what have you done with him???!!!?? Lovely tranquil image, and profound words, sir!
January 28th, 2015
Just love the processing in this
January 28th, 2015
Thought: given your current reported situation workwise (don't you just hate those invented jargon words with 'wise' on the end?), you're more like the ham in the sandwich... bitten from both sides! Can we please have a Graeme image tomorrow?
January 29th, 2015
@vignouse You're quite right and the job hunt continues - "luckily" I have a job at the moment so i don't need to jump on the first one that comes along, regardless of how desperate I may seem...as for a "Graeme Image" tomorrow (or my today), I see no reason why not.
