Today sees me cloistered in my daughters bedroom stripping wallpaper (how I despise that job) so that we can redecorate. The last time we did this she was 4 years old and we foolishly allowed her to choose the colours...pink & purple. It took me a week to redecorate and at the end of the experience I felt like I'd been inside Barbie for 7 days. She is now 15 and I anticipate that I will be using a lot of black which is, as she says, like my soul.
With that in mind, here is a view of "our" mountain that I am currently not enjoying.
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
a black bedroom.... AWWWWWWWWWESOME! i await pictures... so glad you're not enjoying your mountain... personally, i like the hydro tower on the left ;p

The things we do for our children! I would greatly advise against black... Do you know many coats of paint you would need to cover that when she moves out?? Fantastic view, as always!

A gorgeous view... wonderful clouds and light in them. Argh... stripping wallpaper is a sucky job. You are a good daddy... especially if you let her choose black. :)

beautiful view, through weirdly slightly pink and purple, but i assume in more subtle shades than your 4 year old daughters room. i wanted black walls when i was a teenager - my m&d refused!

Cool image - we let our kids choose bedroom colours once - we have a burnt orange room and a royal blue one!!!! And what's more, they've left home and we have yet to repaint…..
I love your proper view shots Graeme! This is stunning.......like father like daughter...black sounds about right! Think of the photo ops you could do in that room!
