I didn't post a shot yesterday (gasp) as we spent New Years Day lifting the carpet in the lounge and bedroom, sanding the beautiful wooden floors underneath and applying the first protective coating (I know a guy that sells paint, so it was at a very, very friendly price). So, here is a shot that bears a striking resemblance to one I posted earlier and yet is different enough to get away with.

Brilliant and beautiful, it's lovely to be reminded that there can be better weather around the corner.. sanding floors is such a pain though - worth it but jees the dust !
