This shot reminded me I was going to attempt a sardine shot for the macro food theme! I have developed a liking for them - mashed up with tahini, chopped parsley, lemon juice, chilli, salt and pepper. They are VERY good for you.

Always thought there was something fishy about you. ;-) I have a tin in the cupboard always as a standby, then consume the contents only when the BB date looms and wonder why I didn't eat them before as they are delicious, I agree.
