Demons by graemestevens
Wow... such intense editing. I wouldn't have a clue how to do that! Looks great!!

Very dramatic processing! Well done and I agree with Kim, I have no idea how you do this!!
June 18th, 2016
Apparently you can't fav pieces more than once. First of all, WTF? and B) holy shit!
June 18th, 2016
I want to fav this awesomeness but I am afraid doing so will somehow be the catalyst to open the portal to the underworld thus, unleashing unspeakable atrocities upon human existence.........oh what the heck...YOLO! fav!

@tracyleaoh I wish there was a like button for comments. Great image, Graeme.
June 18th, 2016
@tracyleaoh You might only live once, but I'll just keep coming back ;) Thank you very much!
@kevin365 Thank you very much. Firstly, I have no idea, and B) at least it's not wholly shit ;)
@radiogirl @kwind Thank you both very much - the first step is the shot of me against a black ground (in this case I'm lying down on a kitchen chair) and then in to Lightroom for the first edit of just me and making that black background blacker than black. Then it's imported in to Picmonkey where I put the clouds in, followed by the cracked earth - so basically at that point it's 3 photos overlaid, and then I erase what I don't want of the clouds and earth, leaving "me", and add a shadow. Finally I added the lightening and smoke and gave it a very light "silver screen" filter. It takes far too long, but I enjoy doing it :)

@sarasotab Thank you very much :)

Electrifing, or should one rather say well electrocuted......
June 18th, 2016
Brilliant...Fav
June 18th, 2016
Electric levitation? Quite unique, I like that.
June 18th, 2016
@golftragic It's one of my many (only) talents ;)
@tonygig Thank you very much :)
@salza Lets just say that my little remaining hair may not be remaining for long ;)

It's a humdinger
June 18th, 2016
Barbecued Graeme! Yum! I'll have a leg. Great photo, Graeme! :)
June 18th, 2016
I think I speak for many on here when I express the hope that you're returning to the primeval slime and not emerging from it!
June 18th, 2016
Dang, dude! How you do these great shots?!
June 18th, 2016
So so cool.....
June 18th, 2016
Very cool. Hope those burns heal okay.
June 18th, 2016
Excellent , I imagine a shot like this takes a long time to achieve ,...
June 18th, 2016
Now this is got to go into the annals of Amazing Events of the 21st Century! But I do fear for your safely!
June 18th, 2016
@maggiemae There are days when I fear for my safety as well ;)
@jack4john Thank you very much - this one took about 1 1/2 hours. I'd already taken shots for the clouds and cracked earth, so it was just me and some lightening...
@gardencat Thank you very much - I have some ointment
@deborah63 Thank you very much :)
@blueberry1222 Thank you - it just kind of happens. I get the idea, spend a week wondering how the hell I'm going to pull it off, take the photo's that I think I might need and then play on Lightroom and Picmonkey
@vignouse I forgot my keys. Once I've got these I'll be right back ;)
@juliedduncan Everybody loves the leg...especially when they look as shapely as mine...
@pistache Thank you very much :)
June 18th, 2016

June 19th, 2016
@harbie Thank you very much :)
June 19th, 2016
Impressed as always, How do you do it?!
June 19th, 2016
@dibzgreasley Thank you very much :) I'm not sure what the answer is to that...would you believe that I just have the idea and then roll with it?
June 19th, 2016
@graemestevens I'm always interested to know how long it takes you to do the set up for your 'selfie' used in the image - the costumes etc ...
June 19th, 2016
@dibzgreasley This one...I already had the cloud and ground shots, so the selfie is just me lying on a kitchen chair against a black ground...the scarf and coat are mine...so I guess the shots themselves took about 20 minutes all up. The editing and putting it all together though - probably another 2 hours. I have too much time on my hands.
June 19th, 2016
@graemestevens You see, now I am even more impressed! I would not have the patience.
June 19th, 2016
@dibzgreasley Ah yes, but I don't have the patience to sit and wait for the perfect insect or water drops that make for the amazing photos and images that other people post, so it all works out in the end ;)
June 19th, 2016
Wow wow! Suffering for your art (I hope not too much):))
June 19th, 2016
Exceptional as always. Fav.
June 19th, 2016

June 19th, 2016
Fav Graeme! Nice composition and great overall look! Where did you find the cracked earth texture?
June 19th, 2016
