Apparently some people find me intimidating. This comes as something of a surprise to me as I certainly don't find myself intimidating. There are days when I terrify me, but I've never been intimidated.

Intimidation is the word that means threatening behaviour with an intention of bodily harm! Now you would hurt a fly, would you? And what @northy and @kali66 say! Particularly like the nut bar bit!
Intimidating....not so sure....intense.....Absolutely.....but this comes from a woman with a low register voice and an odd background who has often been told until people get to know me they find me (from.looks, heresy, etc) intimidating.....So I'm always one to give someone a chance rather than judge :)
