Lots of rain, pool skimmer full of frogs,.........I had to do it! Thanks,Jennifer for the idea! ;~} I did refrain from the ample opportunity for showing amplexus again!
Fantastic .... and he's so WILLING to do this!! Love the pov and the lighting AND the textures. You really outdid yourself on this one ... it's a winner.. you'll see. :)
What a great photo, Katy. I cannot believe that this frog let you do this. What a cool looking frog, so colorful and does not seem to have a care in the world and the look on its face is priceless. My husband rescued a small frog from our pool and it jumped out of his hand and back into the pool. He got it again and put it near our neighbors fence as that is where all the croaking is coming from and it jumped through a space in the fence.
@debbim I didn't either,Debbi! I say the thread some time ago and just went with it. It is supposed to be on a big tomato but I didn't have any so I had to use the cherry tomatoes!
@bobfoto Who knew?! It is a very tiny frog in that case! Also a much greater accomplishment in my opinion then,Jason! I love that you started the competition! ;~}
The above conversations are incredible!!!!!! I shall not be joining in.....due to the fact that a) there are no frogs in my street (nor pond for that matter!) b) I am no friend of said slimy frogs.......that said.............
terrific capture Katy!!! Wonderful effort, even if frog does seem rather glum!!!Love it!
