Yesterday was the actual Rare Disease Day of 2016 so I missed it by one day but these two beauties each have a different rare disease and I wanted to honor them and raise awareness too.
@annied@tunia@jankoos@pdulis@dishaparekh176@maggiemae@kwiksilver@cjphoto@linnypinny thank you so much for taking the time to comment! I'm really glad you think these girls are as beautiful as I do! Not only are they beautiful on the outside they are beautiful on the inside and although life is tough they are tougher and are not letting a little thing like a rare disease stop them from living life to the fullest! A special thanks to you Jan!
@grammyn Thank you, Katy. I have my own rare disease, as you know. Certainly takes you on a different path - not one I would have chosen, but I have met some amazing people along the way.
You would not know by looking at them the battle they face. After working with the "cancer kids" last Spring I know how much more energy it takes. God bless them! And what a great shot!
@olivetreeann It is amazing to me how well they deal with it and the way they take it in stride. They are so aware of the details of their particular situations and so savvy about the treatments! Thanks Ann!
They are so beautiful, Katy. What a great photo. One would not know by looking at them that they deal with rare diseases. I wish them both a long and happy life. FAV
