My sincere apologies for putting such little effort into my project recently. This evening I give you a readily available orchid that sits on my kitchen table which a daughter gave me for mother's day. I love the bright blue color.
Interesting color! I'm used to seeing them in softer colors- so this is very striking. Not to worry about your project- you've had a pretty busy June between wedding festivities and a trip to the ER! Thankfully the 365 police (who don't exist by the way) never noticed your lapse.

To repeat..life happens. Beautiful shot. You always seem to put up pictures that are either amazing or very interesting and fun. Originally when I started 365 I thought the idea was to document each day in your life...but it seems everyone has gotten so sophisticated and "professional" that my bowl of cereal didn't cut it anymore. It's hard to try to keep up....
@madamelucy What a wonderfully nice thing to say Terri! The project can be whatever you want it to be and you have presented many remarkable images. I like that you often have a little bit of philosophy with your photos and I marvel that you always seem to find the perfect quote to accompany your photos!. I think you do an excellent job of keeping up!
