I really felt I was ahead of the game this year . Usually I am wrapping presents on Christmas Eve These are the last to be wrapped with the exception of one or two that I hope to get tomorrow. It feels good to be almost done.
i thought, too, that i was ahead of the game. well, i'm not as after i sent out the out-of-the-country cards, everything else stalled. but i did manage to put up my Christmas tree!
I am heartened to see that I am not the only one who still actually wraps gifts! Gift bags are so convenient but lack the great pleasure of tearing open packages! (Though in our youth we were required to open carefully in order to SAVE the paper!!😆)
How wonderful to see your wrapping station and lovely gift wrap. None of that will be happening here for the first time ever, so I am delighted to see what everyone else is doing ;-)
I love this. I have wrapped and bagged gifts under my tree. We’ve started having gift exchanges with friends now so it’s not so full, plenty of room for Santa to poke another gift or two. Ha. I too love your wrapping paper.
I spent two hours on Monday night wrapping presents. I feel I am ahead of the game a little bit as I cleaned the bathrooms tonight. One less thing to do on Friday.
@shutterbug49 Thank you and I certainly hope so @summerfield for what it is worth there is only one little tree up this year so you are ahead of me! @wyomingsis I like the convenience of gift bags and the recyclability of them but many times paper is the only way to go. I seldom recycle paper anymore though @madamelucy thank you and congratulations on being done! @ludwigsdiana I am sory to hear you will not be doing any of this. I am glad to share this with you. Will Katja be there to help you celebrate at least? @eudora finding the supplies IS starting Diane but it leaves a lot yet to be done too! Thanks bunches @kjarn LOL!
