A Little Bit of Down Time by grammyn

A Little Bit of Down Time

After traveling to St. Gregory's Church in Sudbury and Arundel Castle in West Sussex in the UK, the boiwl came back to the US for a little bit of down time and relaxation in Manhattan Kansas. Here you see it resting in a vintage cabinet in order to prepare for the final visit before it heads back home.

thank you @mcsiegle

Almost looks like it's hiding out for rest from all its travels

Looks like it could be on display in an Amish cupboard.

Nicely done Katy.

It must be exhausted after travelling so far and being handled by so many people :-)

I think you will find that it did more travelling than you were first aware of. I am pleased that it made its way to Kansas.

Can't we all use that.

Of course it needs a bit of a rest after all that travelling

Oh, my! I didn't realize it was here. As soon as I saw this picture I rushed downstairs and opened the desktop. Yay! I was so excited that I'm afraid I woke the bowl out of a much-deserved sleep, his having come all the way from the UK. I have now introduced the bowl to all the Dinosaurs and Neanderthals, all four Pigs, and just for good measure, the Fork and Spoon since they not only have been 365 models, but have worked with bowls in other capacities. I made sure there was just a meet-up and not more pig tossing, though one of the the pigs did compare the bowl to a skateboarding ramp. The Triceratops Twins then wanted to try it out and I nipped THAT in the bud. I have every intention of sending your beautiful handmade bowl back to Alabama intact.
