Bamboo and Kudzu

Tourism In Your Own Town is the theme for the worldwide minute this year. There is a bamboo forest and park in the center of my town, Prattville Alabama, that has several different kinds of bamboo, and this is what it looked like at 5:47 today

forgot about the theme, otherwise, i'd have just stayed at home and took a photo of the skyline. but i did have to go and get some food, and you know me when it comes to food!

i'll have to visit that bamboo forest one day. it intrigues me so that you have bamboo there. aces!

If you ever come to Alabama I will take you to visit it. It really isn't very large but is very close to my house which made it easy to get to for the photo. I am happy I remembered the theme or you would have had a photo of my stove and supper probably.
